Sapre Costruzioni TRN-1600.30

After more than thirty years of experience in the machining field, our company felt the need of a slant bed lathe with big dimensions. This solution combines the stability and the balancing of the forces, assuring ergonomics, cleanliness and safety of a fully enclosed machine.

1. Chuck ASA 20” installed on double-row cyclindrical roller bearings, for self-centering up to 1250 mm. Axes motors digitally controlled. ( image 1 )
2. Tailstock with integrated rotating system "Metrico80". X axis with glass scale. ( image 2 )
3. 45° Slant bed with integrated guideways that are hardened and ground. Saddles sliding on scraped antifriction material. Motorized turret with 12 stations and 15KW with VDI60 taper. ( image 3 )
4. FANUC motor (100Kw). 3-step gearbox. C axis integrated into the spindle. Hydraulic brake with double clamp. ( image 4 )
5. Self-centering chuck with 1250mm diameter; max rotation diameter on the bed 1600mm. ( image 5 )
6. Automatic tailstock controlled via CNC and equipped with hydraulic locking. ( image 6 )
7. Control panel integrated to the structure and guided on the top and bottom sides. ( image 7 )
8. The control follows the operator for the whole machine length. ( image 8 )
